Service quality manager / team assistant (m / f, full-time)
As a committed personality, you will support our team in all organizational and administrative matters and proactively solve all organizational tasks relating to products and customers.
Your tasks include:
Contact for customers for downstream booking processes
Writing offers, creating accounting documents, keeping statistics
Administrative tasks related to our product
Invoicing and auditing
Document preparation and efficient booking processing
Master data maintenance in the system
Continuous quality management including reporting & tracking of errors
Careful, forward-looking and thoughtful way of working
Our expectations of you:
You have completed training as a tourism clerk or office clerk and have already gained at least one year of practical experience at a tour operator or travel agency. You are proficient in the common Office applications and have fluent German and English skills. We expect a high level of service orientation, a positive personality and impeccable manners, active listening, asking smart questions as well as team spirit, commitment and enthusiasm.

Internship in online, content and product management
The expanding special tour operator for individual luxury trips is looking for you as an intern in the field of online, content and product management.
Take the opportunity and immerse yourself in the creative and lively environment of unforgettable journeys. Ideally, you study tourism or business administration with a focus on marketing.
You can gain your first hands-on experience in the area of online and product management and the support of our travel designers. Exciting projects and the opportunity to contribute and implement your own ideas await you in a young and small team.
We are looking for support for a paid internship, ideally you have 6 months, a desire to write and creatively design texts. It is in your blood to write appealing texts and the creation of content with light HTML components does not cause you any headaches. First experiences with Photoshop and HTML are an advantage.
