The mighty Zambezi was born as a small stream in the highlands of Zambia and Angola. By the time it tumbled over Victoria Falls, it was swollen to form the largest leaf of falling water on the planet. David Livingstone was the first European to see the falls on November 17, 1855. Surprised by what he saw, he wrote: “Nobody can imagine the beauty of the view from anything compared to what one has seen in England. It had never been seen by European eyes before; but scenes that are so beautiful must have been marveled at even by the angels in flight ”. Livingstone, faithful to the form of Victorian explorers, named the falls after his queen.
Thank you for your email and again for the wonderful trip. We enjoyed every day very much, the anticipation was great and we are sure that everything went so smoothly thanks to your preparation and support. Special moments for us were the bush dinner in Tarangire, the trips and the hotel in the crater and of course the Nimali Mara as an experience in itself. The rooms, the service and the moments of sundowners on a rock were unforgettable. It was a very special trip that we look back on fondly.
Thank you again for the preparation and great support, we would be very happy to organize further events and trips with you in the future.
